Anatomical Geography in Gynecological Problems
Discussion of the mechanism of the effectiveness of our treatment and what we can do technically.
From overview and specific treatment examples
Our treatment is very often remarkably effective for gynecological problems in general, and I have the impression that it is outstanding compared to other internal organ problems.
Although we have not included a case study in this report, we have seen ovarian emphysema shrink in size on the spot.
Naturally, even assuming a visit to a gynecologist, we judged it worthwhile to take up this space to introduce the disease because of its effectiveness in treating highly serious conditions such as uterine dysplasia, which increases the risk of cervical cancer as it progresses, even though the improvement methods are limited.
Here, I would like to present several case studies, followed by a discussion of the mechanism of the treatment effect from anatomical geography.
*Cases of "menstrual pain with endometriosis" and "menstrual pain with back pain" are summarized again on this page.
Uterine dysplasia, back pain, sensitivity to cold <40s female
*Reports received directly after multiple treatments are posted here.
I went to the gynecologist today to get the results of my cancer screening,
Uterine cell dysplasia was lighter.
The test results do not seem to indicate that the dysplasia has disappeared entirely,
There was a negative, a statement that was not there last time,
The doctor said, "There were a few dysplastic cells before, but this time there weren't even any.
Up to now, we have been following up every three months, but the next follow-up will be in six months.
There was one time in the past that it was six months after the dysplasia appeared.
I was relieved to see it lighten up, as it has been every 3 months for a long time now.
I consider myself to be largely indebted to Mr. Tanigawa's coordination.
My back pain is almost non-existent, and I feel that my coldness and other symptoms have improved somewhat.
Thank you very much."
(From a communication we received about three more years later)
Dysplasia of the uterus, but it has not recurred since then.
I really appreciate it. I have some minor aches and pains here and there, but I think I am generally healthy.
However, if I were closer, I would like to be examined.
When things go sour, it's hard to find a good fit."
Polycystic ovary syndrome and sensitivity to cold <30s female
*Reviews received directly after multiple treatments.

1) Coldness
I have terminal sensitivity to cold, which means that I get cold from the tips of my hands and feet, and even in the hot summer months I could not keep a stole in an air-conditioned place, but after the treatment, I did not feel cold after just one session.
In particular, my toes would get cold when wearing sandals and I would feel cold all over, but this has disappeared and they remain warm.
(2) Polycystic ovarian syndrome (desired pregnancy)
After a gynecological checkup and an echo, she was told that she may have polycystic ovarian disease, which causes too many mussels and too many eggs in both ovaries, and she was told to have the procedure done.
Although the uterus and ovaries were not the main focus of the treatment, after having the entire body adjusted once a week, an ultrasound two months later confirmed that the left side had completely healed and was now producing proper eggs. The gynecologist was surprised that this was possible, since nothing else had been done except for otohlos (note: the old name of our clinic).
She is now able to ovulate properly and is under observation. (*→She has since become a mother of three children.)
(iii) Lipoma of the back
Although he was not aware of it, he discovered that he had a fatty tumor on his back (between both shoulder blades) about 1.5 cm in diameter, which had gradually grown over the years and was 4 cm in size when he came to Otohoros. Since it was neither painful nor itchy, I left it alone, but the dermatologist told me that at this size there was no way to get rid of it except by surgery, so I asked him to perform the procedure.
Once the lipoma was adjusted, the area around the lipoma, which had been hardened, softened and became a little smaller, and then the lipoma was adjusted again...and so on, until it was reduced to 3 cm in size.
I am pleased with the change, as I originally did not intend to have the procedure done until it was completely gone. I also think that if I continue to focus more on it, it will get a little smaller.
(4) Balance of the body.
The treatment improves his body and he will always be told that his complexion has improved.
Also, even though I am not moving my bones like in physical therapy, my pelvis is aligned and I can stand up straight and walk straight (because I had O-legs)."

Anatomical Geography in Gynecological Problems
▷Anatomical geography of the female pelvic environment◁

<『ネッター解剖学アトラス原書第5版』より引用。おすすめの解剖学書です。>
The figure above is a top view of the woman's lower abdomen, traversed horizontally at the level of the cervix.
The organs in the picture are the bladder, cervix, and rectum from the top.
Unlike men, women have female genitalia in the pelvis, resulting in a higher density in the pelvis and a larger area occupied by the accompanying organ-supporting ligaments (white areas in the figure above) (e.g., transverse cervical ligaments).
Because of the high density, tension in the pelvis can easily increase,
Increased tension also tends to compress blood vessels, lymphatics, and nerves that pass between ligaments and peritoneum in the pelvis.
Alternatively, it could be said that the pelvic gut is easily affected by tension in the lower extremities and trunk that are connected to the pelvis.
Such physical anatomical geographic conditions exist within the female pelvis.
Discussion of the mechanism of the effectiveness of our treatment and what we can do technically.
For example, the main ”cause” of cervical dysplasia is known to be a virus.
Despite this, we must assume that the reason our treatment has actually been effective is because the circulation in the uterine area has improved and the immune system has been significantly enhanced by relaxing the connective tissue in the pelvis.
(*In reality, there are very few people who come to our clinic for improvement of uterine dysplasia, and as of 2024, we have treated only 2 cases, including the one shown above, but currently 2/2 of them have improved 100%, and both cases have gone from positive to negative).
In addition to dysplasia, significant effects on gynecological problems were observed, suggesting that the ability to access tension in the pelvis is a determinant of effectiveness.

Of course, there are other influences, such as the influence of other body parts that promote tension in the pelvis.
As for what our clinic can do technically,
(1) We can identify and treat the areas that are affected.
Also,
(2) The peritoneal level, including the uterine support ligaments in the pelvis and the overlying layer, the peritoneum including the ovaries, can also be relaxed.
Relaxing multiple layers of the pelvic floor requires a very challenging technique in osteopathy.
Utilizing these two treatment techniques,
Tissue conditions are soft and relaxed even within the dense and narrow pelvis,
The goal is to achieve a state of
(Softening facilitates circulation of blood, lymph, and other fluids, making symptoms less likely to occur.)
We feel that this has allowed us to achieve a certain level of effectiveness for those who have had difficulty changing their symptoms.
The effectiveness of the treatment varies, of course, from person to person,
If you are looking for something that can be done on a transitional basis, or if you are looking for a way to restore your condition as much as possible, this is a treatment that you should try.
